15 ريال داخل الرياض مع مندوبنا، و20 ريال لباقي مدن المملكة عبر سمسا. الشحن مجاني عند شراء قطعتين بكود DUO.
هل تشحنون خارج السعودية؟
نعم، ورسوم التوصيل تُحدد حسب المدينة عند إتمام الطلب.
كيف أتابع طلبي؟
يصلك رقم التتبع عبر واتساب ورسالة نصية بمجرد شحن الطلب.

كيف أعرف مقاسي؟
كل قطعة فيها "دليل المقاسات" فوق خانة اختيار المقاس، بقياسات القطعة بالسنتيمتر ومعلومات العارضة. قارني القياسات بقطعة عندك تناسبك.

راسلينا على واتساب مع طولك ووزنك ونساعدك تختارين المقاس المناسب.
ما نظام المقاسات؟
المقاسات بالنظام الأوروبي (36–42) مع ما يقابلها S–XL.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع
هل أقدر أستبدل أو أسترجع؟
نعم خلال 3 أيام من الاستلام، بشرط أن تكون القطعة بحالتها الأصلية غير مستخدمة مع البطاقات والتغليف.
هل الاستبدال متاح على الطلبات بكود خصم؟
نعم، الاستبدال متاح على جميع الطلبات بما فيها طلبات DUO وLU15. الاسترجاع النقدي متاح للطلبات بدون كود خصم فقط.
من يتحمل رسوم شحن الاستبدال؟
تتحمل العميلة رسوم شحن الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع.

DUO — عند شراء قطعتين: خصم 196 ريال + شحن مجاني.

How long does delivery take?
Riyadh: 24 hours to 2 days. Other cities in Saudi Arabia via SMSA: 2 to 5 business days.
What are the shipping fees?
SAR 15 within Riyadh with our own courier, and 20 for other cities in Saudi Arabia via SMSA. Shipping is free when you buy 2 pieces with code DUO.
Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Shipping fees are calculated by city at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and SMS as soon as your order ships.
Sizing
How do I know my size?
Every item has a "Size Guide" above the size selector, with garment measurements in centimeters and the model's details. Compare the measurements with a piece you already own that fits you well.
Torn between two sizes?
Message us on WhatsApp with your height and weight and we will help you choose the right size.
What sizing system do you use?
European sizing (36–42), with the equivalent S–XL.
Exchanges & Returns
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging.
Can I exchange an order placed with a discount code?
Yes, exchanges are available on all orders, including DUO and LU15 orders. Cash refunds are available for orders placed without a discount code only.
Who pays for exchange shipping?
The customer covers the shipping fees for exchanges or returns.
How do I request an exchange?
