Return and Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority

At Luce Lunar, we are committed to making your experience exceptional from the moment you place your order until you receive your product. If the product is not suitable for you, we will be happy to assist you in accordance with the following policy:

Exchanges and Returns

• Exchange or return requests may be submitted within 3 days from the date the order is received.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
• Any product showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• The customer is responsible for the return or exchange shipping fees. These fees will be calculated based on the rate of the shipping company selected during checkout.

Non-Returnable Products

To maintain our quality and hygiene standards, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Discounted products or items purchased as part of special promotions.
• Products that have been customized or altered upon request.
• Gift cards, if applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome of your return request.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within the timeframe determined by the payment service provider, after deducting the applicable return shipping fees payable by the customer.
